What leasing options are available?

6, 12, or 13 months.

Are utilities included? If yes, which ones are specifically included/excluded?

Utilities are billed separately. Water billed through the property. Electric is through their provider of choice.

Is renter’s insurance required?

Liability is included in rent, through Foxen. Personal insurance not required. 

What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?

10am-10pm, Open year round.

What are the hours for the business center (if applicable)?

Office hours, M-F 8:30am-5:30pm, Sat 10am-5pm.

Are apartments internet/cable ready?

Yes, cable/internet is through Spectrum. Charged $75 a month, billed through property with their rent. 

How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?

Packages go to the resident’s door.

Are BBQ grills available?

Yes, we have a grilling station.

Do you offer valet trash service and/or recycling?

Valet trash offered, no recycling. 

What is the smoking policy?

No smoking addendum in lease contract.

What are your pet amenities?

Bark Park/Dog Park.

What is your parking policy?

Open spaces for residents, need to be registered with towing company, and covered parking for $50 a month.

What schools are in the area?

Bell Manor Elementary School, Central J High School (Middle School), Trinity High School.

How far is it to the nearest airport or train station?

DFW Airport: 8 miles 
Train Station: Bell Station (Trinity Railway Express) 2.3 miles 

Are you near any transportation routes? Which ones? (ex. Interstates, Highways, Airports)

Next to i183, 10 minutes away from DFW airport, 15 minutes away from Dallas Cowboys Stadium and Texas Rangers Stadium.

Do kitchen sinks have a garbage disposal?

Select apartments still have garbage disposal, RENO units do not. 

Do apartments have dishwashers?

Yes, all apartments have dishwashers.

Are washers and dryers available in apartment?

Yes, all apartments have washers and dryers.
